At Lisha Interior, we strive to provide the highest quality of service and ensure customer satisfaction. However, we understand that sometimes service cancellations or refunds may be necessary. This policy outlines our procedures and terms for cancellations and refunds.


1. Service Cancellation by Customer

• Customers can cancel their service booking by calling our customer support or through our website/app before the serviceman is dispatched.
• No cancellation charges will apply if the cancellation is made at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment.
• If a cancellation is made within 2 hours of the scheduled time, a nominal cancellation fee may be charged based on the type of service and resource allocated.
• For custom interior design services, cancellations made after project planning or on-site visits may incur charges for consultation, planning, or work already completed.


2. Cancellation by Lisha Interior

• Lisha Interior reserves the right to cancel a booking in cases such as:

  • Unavailability of servicemen

  • Incomplete or inaccurate customer details

  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, system failures, etc.)

• In such cases, we will notify the customer promptly and offer a reschedule or a full refund, if applicable.


3. Refund Policy

• If a prepaid service is canceled by the customer in accordance with our cancellation policy, a full or partial refund will be initiated.
• If a service is not delivered due to our error or unavailability, the customer is entitled to a 100% refund of the paid amount.
• Refunds for partially completed services will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, depending on the stage of work and materials used.
• In the case of custom interior works or product-based services, refunds are subject to material procurement costs and labor already incurred.


4. Refund Timeline

• All approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.
• In the case of cash payments, refunds will be transferred to the customer’s bank account upon confirmation.


5. Non-Refundable Charges

• Charges for completed visits, consultations, design services, or transportation costs are non-refundable once the service is rendered or dispatched.
• Any third-party or material purchase made on the customer’s behalf will not be refundable once processed.


6. Disputes & Complaints

• If you are dissatisfied with a service or believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact our support team within 24 hours of the service completion.
• All refund disputes will be reviewed by our Quality & Support team and resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
